Mainland UK Delivery


Standard Royal Mail (Transit 2-4 working days)

We ship all free/standard delivery orders via Royal Mail Tracked 48 service.

* Orders above £50 - Free Delivery.

* Orders under £50 - £4.99 Postage Fee.

We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 2 PM on the same day, but please allow up to two days for dispatch.

Express (Transit 1-3 working days)

* Orders above £50 - £3.99

* Orders under £50 - £5.99

Next-Day Delivery (DPD)

We offer a next-day delivery service so the item would reach you on the next working day.

The order has to be placed before 4 PM to be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 4 PM on Friday will be processed the next working day, which would be the following Monday. *Excluding bank holidays

Domestic Express 12:00 PM (DHL)

The rate is live and calculated at the checkout based on the location and weight.

Saturday Delivery (DPD)

We also offer Saturday delivery with DPD for an additional cost. *Orders placed after 4 PM on Friday will be processed the next working day, which would be the following Monday.


NOTE: If the parcel has not been delivered within 4-5 working days of dispatch, please get in touch with us asap so that we can react in time with the carrier.


International Delivery


France, Germany, Italy and Spain – Free delivery for orders above 150€.

For all other International orders, the shipping fee will vary based on location & weight, and it is calculated live on the checkout.



EU Orders - Import duties, taxes, and charges are INCLUDED in the item price when checking out.
USA Orders - Import duties, taxes, and charges are INCLUDED in the item price at the time of check out
Rest of the World - Import duties, taxes, and charges are NOT INCLUDED in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs would be before buying.
Some countries customs may charge taxes for importing goods from another country, such as Import Duty, Value Added Tax, a Purchase Tax, Customs clearance fees etc.
We try our best to help our buyers minimise the risk of paying taxes, marking the item as a sample or a gift of lower value. In our experience, about 92% of the parcels reach buyers without taxes paid. Even if you have to pay taxes and import duties, it will be much less than you should.

If the parcel has not been delivered within 14 working days of dispatch, please get in touch with us asap so that we can react in time with the carrier.

NOTE: If for some reason, we don't have an item that, when ordered, was in stock, we will let you know within two days. We give you an expected arrival time of a possible restock and the option of choosing another product. And, of course, you always have the opportunity to cancel and refund your purchase.


Returns Policy

We are more than willing to issue refunds, which is why we offer a no-questions-asked money-back guarantee. If you are unhappy with your item for any reason or if there were any problems, just send it back to us for a full refund, as long as the item is in the same condition as it was when it was sent out to you.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. The buyer pays for the return postage unless the item was faulty when delivered – you have to contact us stating the fault and providing photos of the defect, and we will provide further return instructions.  
Please note that the original shipping fee paid for delivery is not refundable unless the item you have received is damaged.


Exchange Policy

As well as refunds, you can always exchange an item; if this will make the item more suitable for your needs, please ensure the item is still in the same condition we sent it out to you and still in its original packaging. 

*If on your exchange you request a different size of trouser (from the one that the set incudes, applicable only to sets which have the trouser swap option, for sets which do not have this option please check with us beforehand if will be possible), please note that there a £10 fee is charged. 

Same as for the refund procedure, the buyer pays for the return postage unless the item was faulty when delivered – you have to contact us stating the fault and providing photos of the defect, and we will provide further return instructions.
